The team shared in an experiential learning process aimed at team building, communication and developing an appreciation for each person's individuality.

While a great deal of fun was had as partners (with no painting experience) painted each others’ portraits (under Emma’s expert instruction), the exercise was about so much more than just fun.

With our company vision to the Outsourcer of Choice and bring OCIS Values to life, we recognise that a fundamental requirement is for our leadership group to be a high performance team and set an outstanding example for how we all work together.

To this end, OCIS takes a highly proactive approach to building and maintaining our high performance teams. We value and nurture strong positive relationships where members respect, support, cooperate with and trust each other.

The activity allowed us to explore this a bit more and see each other as the whole people that we are and not just the selves that we present at work.

The fantastic resulting artwork will grace our boardroom walls and serve as an ongoing reminder of the day. Here is just a sample…
