OCIS (Fiji) was awarded a Bronze Medal win for Best Medium-Sized Outsourced Contact Center in the World, along with Singtel Singapore (Gold) and Accenture Canada (Silver) at the 6th Annual Contact Center World Top Ranking Performers Conference.

At this year's global event, delegates and presenters from nearly 30 nations
around the world shared best practices. After winning the Silver Medal in Asia Pacific, Heath Lee represented OCIS Fiji in the global competition and competed against other regional winners from across Europe and the Americas. OCIS Supports Breast Cancer Awareness

OCIS' Takapuna site held an "In the Pink Day" to support the NZ Breast Cancer Foundation (NZBCF).

Silver Win for OCIS at Contact Center World Asia-Pacific Award

OCIS is proud to announce a silver medal win in the World Asia Pacific Best Mid-sized Contact Centre (Outsourced) category.

Entrants from 14 countries represented the strong Asia Pacific industry, channeling the opportunity to network with the best and share global best practice strategies. The field was trimmed to the finest from Indonesia, Japan, China, Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, India, Fiji and Malaysia. 

For a country with less than 900,000 people and a developing ICT industry, OCIS Fiji's achievement is outstanding. The award places OCIS—and Fiji—at the forefront of Contact Centre best practice.  Read more...
