On Friday 21st August the much anticipated opening ceremony of our newly refurbished level 2 contact centre took place.  Andrew Kaszubski (Executive Director / CTO) officially opened the floor and then ceremoniously untied the 10 coloured ribbons (representing our 10 Values) across the main doors allowing everyone access.  Read more...

“OCIS achieves ISO Certification as First Fully Independent Data Collection Company in New Zealand!!”

OCIS has a non negotiable commitment to its clients to offer the highest quality data collection in the Market Research industry. As part of this commitment, OCIS have reviewed all our systems and procedures to ensure we conform to World’s Best Practice per the International Standardization Organisation.

OCIS is proud to announce that we have been awarded ISO 20252 accreditation in early July for our Market Research Division. This makes OCIS the first fully independent, privately owned Data Collection company in New Zealand to achieve this internationally recognized standard.

The ISO auditor stated, in the auditing report, that:

“OCIS in Box Hill and Takapuna has a well established management system in place reflected in its documented Manual and Procedures.  Policies are available to all staff and it is evident that there is a commitment to quality client outcomes in its data collection processes.” 

We will continue to explore avenues for improvement as OCIS becomes the benchmark for quality data collection worldwide.

On Saturday 22nd June a total of 80 staff members and partners enjoyed a much anticipated night of Greek food and entertainment at the Mihalis Tavern in Box Hill.

Everyone agreed the food was plentiful and very enjoyable.  The most talked about dishes were the fried cheese (saganaki), the seafood and the tender grilled lamb. The Baklava desert was also a firm favourite. Read more...
