Role based in Box Hill - Melbourne

Talented employees are the key to our success and we now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced MIS Manager.
Based in Melbourne you will report to the COO and be responsible for leading the efficient and effective operation of MIS requirements across our three sites in Melbourne, Fiji and New Zealand.
Your responsibilities will include:
- The design, maintenance, administration and delivery of key client reporting and data
- Dialler operations administration
- Project, Campaign, Program implementation
- Dashboard reporting - internal and external
- Ensuring consistency of framework, process and approach for MIS across all sites
- Assistance with the development and transition to automated reports platform
- Maintaining active and positive engagement with all key stakeholders across the business
You will possess:
- 3 - 5 years experience in a similar role
- Proficiency with Microsoft SQL server databases/database structure
- Advanced practical application of Microsoft suite of programs
- The ability to travel up to 25% of any given calendar year (domestic and international)
- The ability to think laterally
- Keen eye for detail
