Lene Du Preez is the Asia Pacific Gold Medal Winner!!
Contact Centre World is the global association for contact centre best practices and networking.
Lene competed against the best in the industry across Asia Pacific to be nominated as a finalist. She then participated in a panellist session at the Gold Coast awards on Wednesday 7th July where she went on to win the gold medal.
Lene now goes on to represent OCIS at the global awards to be held in Las Vegas in November this year.
